City Wellness Is Hiring Again!As practitioner schedules are filling up fast and with plenty of more treatment rooms available, the clinic is back into full hiring mode.If you are a registered massage therapist (RMT) and looking to expand your practice in the West Queen West community of downtown Toronto, take a look at our upcoming opportunity.City Wellness is currently seeking to hire an RMT who wishes to work in a team setting at a multidisciplinary health clinic. We currently offer Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Chiropractic's, Swedish massage, Thai massage, Cupping massage and Prenatal massage. Our typical clientele live in the neighborhood, maintain active lifestyles and range in their 20s-40s.The private Swedish Massage treatment rooms are equipped with an electric hi-lo massage table whereas the semi-private Thai Massage treatment rooms are beautifully decorated with a thick Japanese floor mat. There's admin staff on location to handle calls, bookings, payment, laundry etc. Clients have the option to book online through JaneApp and direct bill their insurance. Gratuities are accepted. Cancellation policy is in place. Supplies are included (linens, lotion, cleaning products). Charting is done via JaneApp.Option to choose Swedish and/or Thai style massages (free Thai Massage training if interested). Acupuncture training can also be a utilized modality during treatment sessions.TASKS: -Prepare treatment room-Greet client and review intake (symptoms, medical history, treatment goals, consent, etc)-Bring client to the treatment room, assess, perform treatment-Create a treatment plan including home exercise program-Clean treatment room post-session and keep everything tidy-Document session on JaneApp according to CMTO standards.REQUIREMENTS: -Licensed and in good standing with the CMTO-Insured under professional liabilityCOMPENSATION: -Split % / Independent contractor-TipHOURS: -Part-time or full-time-Morning shift 8am-2pm / Evening shift 2pm-9pm-Closed on holidays/long weekends-Currently we still have availabilities every day for Massage-Minimum 1 shift per weekLEARNING OPPORTUNITES: -Free training and mentoring for those who wish to learn Thai Massage : )-Opportunity to practice any other skillset with clinic owner (cupping, acupuncture etc).If this position seems of interest to you, please send us an updated resume and let us know why you would like to work here and provide your availabilities.https://www.citywellness.comJob Types: Part-time, Full-time
