passionate and professional Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

to join our team and provide exceptional care to our growing clientele.

Position Overview

We're looking for a skilled

Registered Massage Therapist (Freelancer)

to deliver high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments. This position is

in-person

and

commission-based (up to 60%)

, ideal for someone who values flexibility and wants to grow their client base in a professional spa environment.

Responsibilities

Perform various massage therapy treatments (relaxation, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, etc.) according to client needs and preferences Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes in compliance with CMTO standards Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness recommendations Ensure a clean, organized, and professional work environment Collaborate with clinic staff to provide a seamless client experience Uphold the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism

Requirements

Active registration with CMTO (College of Massage Therapists of Ontario)

- Required*
Valid professional liability insurance Excellent communication and client care skills Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism

Compensation

Commission-based pay up to 60%

(dependent on experience and performance) Flexible hours and supportive environment
