Position Overview
We are currently seeking passionate
Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs)
to join our team in both Lethbridge and Coaldale Thai Massage and Wellness. We offer two flexible opportunities:
Subcontractor Option:
Work as part of our clinic team. Learn and incorporate
Traditional Thai Massage techniques
(training provided at the clinic).
Room Rental Option:
Rent a private treatment room to run your own practice independently -- no Thai massage training required.
Both positions are ideal for therapists who want flexibility, professional support, and access to an established client base.
Responsibilities
For Subcontractors:
Provide high-quality therapeutic and Thai massage services (training provided)
Maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues
Uphold clinic standards for cleanliness and customer service
For Room Renters:
Operate independently as a self-employed RMT
Manage your own clients, scheduling, and payments
Maintain your treatment room to professional standards
Qualifications
Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
Valid professional liability insurance
Excellent communication and client-care skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and professional
Willingness to learn Thai Massage techniques (Subcontractor position only)
Compensation
Subcontractor:
Commission-based pay (details discussed upon interview)
Room Rental:
Competitive daily, weekly, or monthly rental options

(Option to work at one or both locations.)
