Monastery Spa is looking for a compassionate and skilled

Massage Therapist

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a

spa environment

while also providing

therapeutic treatments

that support client recovery, pain relief, and long-term wellness.

As a therapist at our spa, you'll deliver a range of services--from deeply relaxing massages to targeted, outcome-based treatments--helping clients feel their best both mentally and physically.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment goals. Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, relaxation and pain management strategies. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to health and safety regulations and spa policies Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately in accordance with standards. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the organization to enhance patient care and support occupational health initiatives. Stay updated on the latest developments in physiology, anatomy, and massage therapy practices to continually improve skills.

Qualifications

Registered Massage Therapist Experience in

both spa and clinic settings

is highly valued Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques for relaxation and clinical needs Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional, reliable, and passionate about client care Comfortable working with a variety of client needs--from stress relief to targeted treatment.

Pay: $35,413.64-$97,068.82 per year
