Are you a Registered Massage Therapist looking to join a supportive, collaborative, established clinic to continue building your career with? Our team at The Natural Way Health Clinic is currently looking to welcome a RMT to our team.

Our approach to client care at The Natural Way Health Clinic is to listen and care about what our patients care about, while providing natural healing with a scientific approach. Our evidence-based team is made up of Naturopathic Doctors, a Doctor of Chiropractic, and perhaps you! A Registered Massage Therapist, preferably with at least one year of experience.

We are a busy clinic located in downtown Waterloo with an exceptional reputation. We draw clientele from all over the KW region and beyond. Many of our current clients are eager for us to add a new RMT to the team, which means you won't be starting here with an empty schedule.

What else?

You will be able to build your schedule the way you need it during the work week. Work/Life balance and flexibility is embraced by our team. Compensation is based on associate percent split. You will have your own private room to make your own while supplies such as onsite laundry, table, linens, oils/lotions, and towels will be provided for you. Booking, billing, and general client management is handled by our front desk so you can focus all your energy on providing the best treatment to our clients. You will be provided with the support of our clinic marketing such as branded email, business cards, a website profile, and an online marketing presence.
