About the Role:

Strava College seeks a licensed Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to provide expert review of our pre-developed Registered Massage Therapy program and advise on practical lab setup. This is a short-term, remote freelance project with minimal time commitment.

Key Tasks:

Review existing course materials (theory/practical) for accuracy and industry alignment

Provide feedback remotely via tracked changes/video calls

Advise on lab setup (equipment lists, station layouts, safety protocols)

Ensure compliance with provincial RMT licensing requirements

Ideal Candidate Has:

? Active RMT license (Canada, any province) + 3+ years clinical experience

? Teaching/lab supervision experience (school, clinic, or professional training)

? Keen eye for detail - Ability to efficiently critique educational materials

? Tech-savvy - Comfortable with PDF markups/video calls
