Position Overview:

We are seeking a

compassionate, professional, and skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

to join our team. This is an

independent contractor role

with flexible scheduling and competitive revenue splits. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a calm, healing environment, values client care, and is interested in growing their practice.

by a registered osteopath, an athletic therapy specialist, and a certified yoga & meditation facilitator -- supporting your growth in

therapeutic, movement-based, and mindfulness-focused treatments

Responsibilities:

Provide 30-60 minute massage therapy sessions tailored to client needs (relaxation, therapeutic, sports, chronic pain, etc.) Assess clients and create safe, effective treatment plans Maintain accurate client records and adhere to CMTO standards Collaborate with other therapists in the clinic to enhance client experience Maintain a clean, calm, and professional treatment environment Participate in mentorship opportunities to learn

holistic and integrative techniques

Qualifications (must-have):

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Ontario -- valid CMTO registration (please include number in application) Professional liability insurance CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Excellent communication, client care, and time management skills Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred Interest in learning

holistic, integrative therapy techniques

Compensation & Benefits:

Revenue split:

60-70% of treatment fee ($120/hr treatment)
