Overview

GS Acupuncture Clinic is located on Highway 7 and Weston Road. We are seeking a registered massage therapist. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role offers an opportunity to help clients improve their health through therapeutic touch in a welcoming environment. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of customer service principles to ensure a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities. Maintain a clean and sanitized treatment area following health and safety standards. Consult with clients to understand their specific concerns and develop appropriate treatment plans. Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices. Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements.

Requirements

Registration in good standing with the CMTO Valid liability insurance Knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions and massage therapy is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Excellent interpersonal skills to create a comfortable environment for clients.
