MUVE Massage Therapy Studio is a thriving, RMT-owned practice in Kitchener where massage therapists can focus on what they do best--helping clients feel their best. Our studio is growing quickly, and we're looking for compassionate, professional Registered Massage Therapists who want a steady schedule, a welcoming environment, and a team that truly supports their success.

About the Role:

You'll step into a busy practice with loyal and new clients ready for treatment. We handle the bookings, supplies, and support so you can focus on your clients and the quality of your care.

What We Offer:

Fully booked schedule right away - consistent clients without the need for marketing Fair compensation - 70/30 split plus you keep 100% of your tips (starting at $83/hour) Flexible hours - choose from daytime, evening, or weekend shifts; part-time or full-time available Equipped treatment rooms - all supplies provided, including linens, oils, PPE, and online charting via ClinicSense Relaxed, professional setting - respectful culture, supportive team, and free nearby parking

What You Bring:

Diploma in Massage Therapy and CMTO registration in good standing Commitment to professional care and client satisfaction Strong communication and assessment skills Availability of at least 15 hours per week

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Perform client assessments and design personalized treatment plans Provide therapeutic, rehabilitative, and relaxation-based massage treatments Maintain clear SOAP notes and client progress records Encourage client education and wellness practices

Schedule and Compensation:

4-hour and 8-hour shift options Day, evening, and weekend availability Annual earning range: $48,900 - $116,000
