We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team.
Phases is a multidisciplinary clinic,
in practice for over 25+ years with a trusted loyal client base. We are looking for 1 RMT to assist us with aquiring an existing client base. Our RMT of 15 years is transitioning her practice and has established an excellent base and reputation. She is willing to offer a mentorship for ease of transferring clients, so new grads not to worry!
This position will be collaborated with existing RMTs, a Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, Osteopathic Manual Practitioners, Acupuncturist, Physical Trainers and Athletic Therapist. Walking into a guaranteed practice with a client base is a rare and unique opportunity.
The ideal candidate should be available minimum 2 days (4 hours, including evening until 7pm) and 1x Saturday / month. This is an established practice and a wonderful opportunity to continue to build a fantastic trusted clientele within a corporate setting. Candidate should be very comfortable in treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and massage therapy techniques (Swedish, deep tissue and other modalities). Must have willingness to learn, excellent inter personal skill, experience and a healthy work/lifestyle balance. Advance experience in massage therapy specialities is an asset.

Duties
Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and health conditions.
Perform various types of massages, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic techniques.
Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment plans and provide education on self-care practices.
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients.
Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
2 years of RMT experience is ideal.
