Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic massage treatments tailored to each patient's individual needs, supporting their recovery, rehabilitation, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess the patients through the history, physical assessment, and ongoing re-evaluation

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals

- Provide therapeutic massage techniques. Including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy

- Educate patients on self-care, injury prevention, and wellness strategies

- Collaborate with other healthcare providers including physiotherapist, acupuncturist, chiropractor to ensure integrated care

- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with regulatory standards

- Ensure treatment areas are clean, safe, and properly sanitized

- Uphold professional standards, ethical guidelines, and provincial regulatory college requirements

Qualifications:

- Current registration and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)

- Proof of professional liability insurance

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development
