Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our wellness team. Duties

Perform professional massage therapy treatments including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to patient needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans Educate clients on pain management techniques and occupational health strategies Maintain detailed and accurate records of treatments provided and patient progress Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all clients Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements

Valid registration and licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) Proven experience in patient service, customer care, and occupational health settings Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Excellent patient assessment skills to customize treatment plans effectively Experience working in a med spa or similar environment is preferred Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and client education Ability to work professionally within a team-oriented environment while maintaining high standards of care
