Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Perform various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to address pain management and promote relaxation. Provide excellent patient service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client comfort throughout their sessions. Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions, including patient progress and any changes in condition. Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to inform treatment decisions and communicate effectively with clients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to support comprehensive patient care. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in massage therapy and occupational health.

Qualifications

Must be a licensed Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with relevant certifications. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is essential. Experience in pain management techniques and occupational health is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Strong assessment skills to evaluate patient needs effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
