Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from tension through various massage techniques. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to the individual needs of clients, including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massages. Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their needs to create personalized treatment plans. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress, adhering to confidentiality standards. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments or self-care practices. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance the overall client experience.

Skills

Proficient in medical terminology to effectively communicate with clients about their conditions and treatment plans. Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs clearly. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring each client feels valued and cared for during their visit. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is preferred to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Pay: $60,248.00-$108,962.02 per year
