What We Offer

Competitive salary: $85,000/year guaranteed (no income swings, no lost pay from cancellations) Mileage reimbursement: Paid on top of salary (~$7,000/year average) Paid time off: 3 weeks vacation, 5 sick days, and 10 stat holidays every year Benefits: $1,000 Health Spending Account + $1,000 Continuing Education allowance Laundry covered: Choose between a $150/month stipend or a laundry service with pickup/drop-off at your home Sustainable caseload: 4-5 clients/day (?20-22/week) with built-in travel time -- no "factory line" scheduling Flexible schedule: Set your own hours, as long as you deliver 20-22 visits/week and meet client needs Full administrative support: Scheduling, billing, marketing, and client communication handled for you Mentorship and collaboration: Access to experienced physios and rehab professionals, regular team meetings, and quarterly fun team events Change of scenery every day: Work in homes, not cubicles
