Responsibilities



Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage. Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their needs to develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatment notes and progress reports. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance the overall client experience. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends is highly valued.

Qualifications



Current registration and in good standing with the

College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)

. Proof of liability/malpractice insurance coverage Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
