Treatment Styles:

You'll have the freedom to offer a wide range of massage styles, including but not limited to:

Relaxation massage Deep tissue and athletic massage Pre-natal and post-natal massage Therapeutic and rehabilitative care
We welcome RMTs with diverse treatment approaches and value therapists who tailor sessions based on individual client needs.

Your Role:

Provide safe, effective, and client-centered massage therapy treatments Develop personalized treatment plans that align with client goals Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with

CMTO

requirements Educate clients on self-care, rehab, and wellness strategies Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners to deliver integrated care Keep treatment spaces clean, comfortable, and professional

What We're Looking For:

Registered and in good standing with the CMTO Current liability insurance Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills A professional and compassionate approach to client care Availability for evenings or weekends is an asset (but not mandatory)
