Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from tension through therapeutic massage techniques. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality massage services while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for clients.

Responsibilities

Perform various types of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage. Assess client conditions and discuss treatment options to create personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate records of client treatments, preferences, and progress. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the massage therapy room and equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in massage therapy. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients.

Requirements

:

Registered and in good standing with the

College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)

Valid liability insurance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A strong passion for client wellness and therapeutic care Knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with clients and healthcare professionals. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatment options and address client concerns. Currently looking for weeknight and/or weekend Previous experience in wellness/rehabilitation center is preferred but not required. Cantonese/Mandarin speaking is preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $75.00-$85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 18 per week
