Fit and Fine Rehab is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) or Body Worker to join our team. Our clinic is equipped with private treatment rooms, electric massage tables, laundry facilities, and a break room. We offer flexible scheduling, access to Jane App, patient referrals, and administrative support to ensure your success.

Qualifications:

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC, or in the process of obtaining licence. Liability Insurance as required by regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on their medical history and preferences. Communicate effectively with clients and healthcare professionals using appropriate medical terminology. Provide high-quality massage therapy while ensuring client comfort and safety. Maintain accurate treatment records and track client progress. Offer exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries with professionalism. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to enhance client outcomes.

Certification:

Massage Therapist Certification (preferred) or upcoming RMT graduate.
