Physio Rehab Clinic is a newly established multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic located in Mississauga, Ontario. We specialize in physiotherapy and offer additional services, including massage therapy, acupuncture, osteopathy, and custom knee bracing. Our mission is to provide high-quality care in a modern, welcoming environment, focusing on personalized treatment and overall wellness.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team . The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic services, tailoring treatments to meet individual client needs while fostering relaxation and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a variety of massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, based on clients' preferences and conditions.
Conduct thorough client assessments to develop customized treatment plans.
Educate clients about the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up care or treatments.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring proper sanitation of equipment and compliance with clinic protocols.
Document client sessions accurately, including treatment details and relevant medical history.
Collaborate with physiotherapists and other health professionals to provide holistic care and maximize client outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
Licensed and registered as a Massage Therapist in Ontario.
Strong proficiency in a range of massage techniques with the ability to adapt treatments to individual needs.
Excellent communication skills to discuss treatment plans and address client concerns effectively.
Knowledge of medical terminology to accurately document client information and liaise with healthcare providers.
Friendly demeanor with a focus on building positive client relationships.
Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and maintain treatment records.
