- Registered Massage Therapist

Wadden Physiotherapy and Sport Performance is located in Membertou - one of quickest-growing communities in the Cape Breton Regional Municipality. We are preparing to move into a large, modern facility at Seventh Exchange in the Winter of 2026 and are looking to add registered massage therapists to our growing team! Our new facility will have a large, fully functional gym space and all private treatment rooms. We combine over 50 years of clinical experience with a genuine passion for what we do. Our approach is focused on providing high-quality, individualized patient care.

We're seeking compassionate clinicians and strong communicators. We are looking for someone who can listen to our patients and work with them to reach their treatment goals. We are looking for people with a desire to grow with us to continuously improve what we do. Key skills and qualifications include:

Valid MTANS license/registration Ability to perform therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments safely and effectively Ability to complete accurate documentation and maintain confidentiality Strong communication skills Ability to maintain clean, safe treatment spaces Willingness to work collaboratively with clinic staff Reliability and professionalism (showing up, managing time, being accountable) Experience with specific modalities as asset (cupping, prenatal, TMJ, sports therapy, etc.) Familiarity with EMR systems Strong Interest in continuing education Willingness to help with community or clinic events Comfort working in a multidisciplinary environment

Pay: $38.99-$70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
