Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our experienced wellness team. The ideal candidate will be caring, collaborative and have a passion for helping clients achieve their health goals through therapeutic massage. This role requires a positive attitude, passion for wellness and a strong commitment to providing outstanding service in a casual chiropractic office.

Hours and shifts are flexible. We are looking for part-time with growth to full-time, if desired. Start is immediate. We provide competitive compensation, flexible hours/schedule, front desk services, direct insurance billing, online scheduling/bookings, digital record keeping, linens, massage table and massage oil. Parking is onsite and free.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and preferences. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and developing appropriate treatment plans. Complete treatments in timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working order. Keep accurate records of client sessions, including treatment plans, consent and progress notes using medical terminology. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance the overall client experience. Uphold high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical practice.

Qualifications

Valid Registered Massage Therapy license to practice in Ontario. Strong understanding of human anatomy and medical terminology. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training in massage techniques. New graduates welcome. Previous experience is an asset. Must have professional liability insurance and provide police background check.

Pay: $65.00-$78.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
