Duties

Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to meet individual client needs, including deep tissue, and therapeutic massages. Assess client conditions and discuss treatment options based on their specific needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client inquiries or concerns promptly. Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress while maintaining confidentiality in accordance with privacy regulations. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance the overall client experience and promote holistic health practices. Capable of booking appointments and taking payments.

Experience

Previous experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred, cupping is a benefit. Knowledge of medical terminology is essential for effective communication with clients and healthcare professionals. Proven customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information about treatments and address client questions or concerns.
