Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) - Monument Health and Physiotherapy, Tsawwassen

Monument Health and Physiotherapy is a newly established, multidisciplinary clinic located in the heart of Tsawwassen. We're excited to become part of this vibrant and growing community, and we're looking for passionate and dedicated practitioners to grow with us.

We are currently seeking a

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

to join our team of health professionals. This is a great opportunity for someone who values holistic, patient-centered care and is eager to make a positive impact in people's lives.

About the Role:

We're looking for an energetic and compassionate RMT who enjoys working with a diverse clientele--from athletes and active individuals to those seeking therapeutic or relaxation-focused treatments.

You will:

Provide a range of massage therapy treatments, including therapeutic, deep tissue, sports, and relaxation techniques Create customized treatment plans tailored to clients' individual needs Educate clients on self-care and injury prevention Collaborate with other health professionals within the clinic to ensure a holistic approach to care Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation

Qualifications:

Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of BC (CMTBC) Professional, reliable, and self-motivated Strong communication and interpersonal skills Solid understanding of anatomy, medical terminology, and evidence-based practice Passionate about helping people feel and function at their best Committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment
