Responsibilities

Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including deep tissue, relaxation and therapeutic massage. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions and discuss treatment plans. Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatments provided and any relevant medical history. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance service offerings.

Experience

Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a valid license or certification.

Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred to effectively communicate with clients regarding their health needs. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatment options and address client concerns effectively. A commitment to ongoing professional development in massage therapy techniques and practices is highly valued.
