We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic services to clients, enhancing their overall well-being through various massage techniques. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to meet individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their health history to determine appropriate treatment plans.
Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and client progress.
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients.
Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary.
Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients.
Skills
Proficient in medical terminology to effectively communicate with clients and healthcare professionals.
Strong customer service skills to create a positive experience for clients and address their needs effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey treatment plans and recommendations clearly.
Ability to build rapport with clients and foster long-term relationships based on trust and professionalism.
