We are seeking a compassionate and skilled registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team at Edmonton's top-rated day spa inside the Royal Glenora Club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving quality of life through collaboration with the wellness team and clients of RG Spa and the members of the Royal Glenora Club, as well as the team of physiotherapists at Leading Edge Physiotherapy . This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and driven RMT who is committed to delivering exceptional client care in a professional setting.

Evenings are very busy with club clientele, so please do not apply if you are looking for M-F mornings. The desire to help with a rotation of evening and weekends would be a big asset for your application.

Responsibilities



Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, from relaxation and spa techniques to deep tissue and sports massage. Each of our therapists has their unique skill sets and styles. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment following health and safety standards. Help oversee your appointment scheduling efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. We have a full-time receptionist who will help with billing and appointments. Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client progress in compliance with privacy policies and clinic standards. Stay informed about new massage techniques and industry best practices through ongoing professional development.

Experience



Prior experience is preferred but not required; advanced training will be provided for qualified candidates. Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures clearly and empathetically. Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for massage therapy practice.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $55.00-$84.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 35 per week
