Tarora Rejuvenation and Wellness is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

with experience in

Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) rehabilitation

to join our expanding multidisciplinary team. You'll work in a collaborative setting alongside physiotherapists, psychologists, an on-site lawyer, nurses, and dedicated support staff -- all focused on providing integrated, client-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and treat clients with MVA-related soft tissue injuries, including whiplash, muscle strains, myofascial pain, and other accident-related conditions. Develop individualized massage therapy treatment plans in coordination with the client's broader rehabilitation goals. Collaborate with physiotherapists, psychologists, legal professionals, and insurance providers to ensure coordinated care. Complete relevant documentation for MVA claims, including treatment notes and reports required by insurance companies. Educate clients on post-treatment care and injury prevention strategies. Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation. Contribute to a supportive, client-focused clinical environment.

Qualifications

Registered Massage Therapist in Alberta, in good standing with a recognized regulatory body (e.g., CRMTA, MTAA, NHPC, or CMMOTA). Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RMT, with a strong focus on MVA rehabilitation. Knowledge of MVA insurance processes and ability to complete relevant forms and reports (HCAI, OCFs, AB forms). Skilled in therapeutic massage techniques including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and relaxation. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Punjabi and/or Hindi language skills are considered an asset. Compassionate, professional, and collaborative team approach.
