If you've developed yourself beyond entry-to-practice or have education above your massage therapy diploma, but are still paying entry-to-practice rates, then it may be time for a change. (New grads are welcome to apply.)

Welcome to Ripple Effect Massage Therapy & Wellness, a multidisciplinary clinic that supports its independent therapists with better contractor rates while still providing them with all the necessary amenities.

Our continued goal is to support exceptional practitioners by providing them with a collaborative and positive work environment and better, more flexible, compensation models that reflect the extra value they bring to their patients. (Please see below.)

Favourable Rates with Negotiable Terms

Either:

a negotiable split (between 30/70% and 25/65%), or a shift rental option that works out to be as low as a 20/80% split
Plus: recognition for self-improvement!

Your split rate improves if you learn a new modality with a new designation to your name. Ideally, you could get down to an 25/65% split!

The Location

Situated within a storefront on a busy street with highly visible signage. In an affluent neighbourhood with high-profile baseball development centres, dance studios, and boutique personal training gyms nearby. Located across the hall from a busy medical clinic with high foot-traffic and prospective patients.

Spacious treatment rooms (8x12) for your practice Natural light from windows (but dimmable with blinds). Wheelchair accessible, including washroom (separate from staff area) A relaxing space (with art, large spaces, plants, and natural light) A professional and supportive atmosphere A high-traffic area (for growing your patient base) Free parking

Amenities Included:

Electric tables, including warmers, bolsters, breast and pregnancy pillows Linens, with on-site laundry Advertising for your practice 24/7 online booking and records system Daily payments [Shift Rental], (pending your bank's processing time) High-speed Internet Personal lockers and storage Private staff area, with kitchenette, washroom, and work area, Reverse osmosis tap (for modalities requiring sanitization of instruments with proper water)

Requirements:

Valid license (in good standing) with your governing body (ie. Your College) Professional liability insurance The ability to provide research-informed patient-centered care The desire to thrive in a supportive team environment
