DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Independently manage your own caseload by providing comprehensive assessment and treatment within the scope of practice for a registered kinesiologist according to the standards outlined by the British Columbia Assosication of Kinesiologists (BCAK). Deliver high-quality care to every client that works through our door Through your assessment and treatment create action plans to help clients do what they love Develop and communicate action plans for each of your clients Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms Complete charting for each client according to the standards outlined by your professional governing body Develop interpersonal relationships with clients and team members Adhere to clinic business processes and operation workflows Engage with the local community and referral sources to support the development of your caseload Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education sessions provided within company and external partners Collaborate with your Clinical Director on an ongoing basis

Launch Rehab is a multidisciplinary rehab studio with a team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, registered massage therapists, kinesiologists, dietitians, and counsellors. What sets us apart from other rehabilitation clinics is our level of personal care and attention; we are looking to foster long-term relationships with our clients. We provide personalized, hands-on, 1-on-1 care to help our clients reach their rehabilitation or wellness goals, and beyond. We are committed to our vision of lifting each other up. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR



You must be a registered kinesiologist in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) You are passionate, team-oriented, and have a growth mindset You are committed to providing person-centered 1-on-1 care You are comfortable with hands-on techniques such as soft tissue work and exercise prescription You are client-centric and focus on the client's experience by fostering and maintaining their journey of care in collaboration with other therapists and staff You advocate for your own development and reach out to learn from your fellow therapists, senior therapists and Clinical directors You are willing to contribute to community events/workshops You are a clear communicator and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills You strive to excel in a positive customer service experience
