Registered Kinesiologist
who is passionate about human movement, recovery, and long-term wellness.
This is a full-time, on-site role in a collaborative, high-performance environment where you'll work alongside an expert team of trainers, health practitioners, and community partners.
About UFIT Kingston
Located in Kingston's west end, UFIT offers a diverse range of services -- personal training, semi-private training, athletic development, team training, postpartum recovery, and registered health services including Kinesiology and Chiropractic care.
We are also Kingston's exclusive west-end retailer of lululemon, Spoken Nutrition, and CWENCH Hydration -- creating a one-stop hub for performance, recovery, and community.

What You'll Do
Design and implement individualized fitness, movement, and rehabilitation programs
Conduct functional movement assessments and track client progress
Educate clients on mobility, technique, and injury prevention
Lead sessions tailored to individual goals
Collaborate with the UFIT team on events, workshops, and content creation
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, high-performance training environment
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field
Registered and in good standing with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario (R.Kin)
First Aid and CPR certification
Strong understanding of movement science, rehab, and functional training
1+ years experience in kinesiology, personal training, or injury rehab
Confident communicator and skilled coach
Comfort using social media to educate and connect
Availability for 40 hours/week
Bonus Points
CSCS or Strength & Conditioning certification
Experience with youth athletes, postpartum clients, or return-to-sport programming
