Tiny Bumblebees Child Care Inc. is a small, Reggio-Emilia-inspired centre that nurtures children's natural curiosity, creativity, and sense of wonder. We provide a warm, inclusive environment where children (18 months - 4 years) learn through exploration and play, guided by educators who view them as capable, curious partners in learning.

We are currently seeking a

passionate and nurturing Registered Early Childhood Educator

Foster positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes self-regulation and independence.

Observe, document, and assess children's development through pedagogical documentation.

Support children's well-being and curiosity through creative indoor and outdoor experiences.

Model and uphold the College of Early Childhood Educators' Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

Communicate openly with families and participate in team meetings, professional learning, and community walks.

Qualifications

Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE)

in good standing with the College of ECEs. Minimum

1 year of experience

working with children 18 months - 4 years old.

Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification.

Clear Vulnerable Sector Check.

Up-to-date immunizations and TB test. Familiarity with

C.W.E.L.L.C. guidelines

and current health and safety protocols. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. A nurturing, flexible, and creative approach to learning.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday - Day shifts only 8:00am to 5:00pm No evenings or weekends
