Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced, professional

RECE

to work with our

Toddlers

on a full time, permanent basis.

START DATE: August 2025 .

Responsibilities Include:

- Providing guidance and care to children in a safe and secure environment

- Engaging with children and developing positive relationships

- Fostering learning opportunities through play, and facilitating child-directed interactions

- Program planning age appropriate activities, documenting children's learning, and communicating with parents/guardians

- Knowledge of The ELECT and HDLH

- Maintaining efficient, effective, and cooperative team work and communication

- Maintaining positive, professional, respectful and supportive relationships with parents and families

- Maintaining daily (digital) logs about the children's days

- Housekeeping duties

- Following directions from Supervisor as needed

Qualifications:

In Good Standing with CECE First Aid training and current certification Minimum 2 years of child care experience working with a variety of cultures and family dynamics in a inclusive child care setting Experience working a licensed child care setting, specifically with infant groups Well-developed interpersonal skills including oral and written communication Strong knowledge and awareness of stages of children's development and age appropriate programming Clear criminal record search and immunization record
