Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves educating children, creating engaging lesson plans, and supporting the developmental needs of each child in the classroom.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in various domains including cognitive, social, emotional, and physical. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery. Assess and document children's progress through observations and assessments to tailor educational approaches to individual needs. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative learning community. Utilize computer operations for administrative tasks such as record keeping, lesson planning, and communication with parents. Support children with disabilities by adapting teaching methods and materials to meet their unique needs.

Experience

A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Previous experience working in childcare or early childhood settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with special education practices is a plus. Bilingual candidates fluent in English and French are encouraged to apply. Strong computer skills for managing educational tools and resources effectively.
