Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and oversee age-appropriate programs and activities that support children's overall development.

Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that encourages learning through play and discovery.

Observe and document children's growth, behaviors, and developmental milestones.

Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and team members.

Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications

Current Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) certification in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE).

Experience working with children from infants to preschool age.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A deep passion for early childhood education and child development.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Current First Aid and CPR certification.

TB Test (completed within the last 6 months).

Vulnerable Sector Check (completed within the last 6 months).

Pay: $24.86-$29.00 per hour
