Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young children. Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and stimulating learning environment where children can develop their cognitive, social, and emotional skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Foster a love for learning through engaging educational experiences
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Monitor and assess children's progress and development
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, behavior, and academic performance
- Utilize technology for instructional purposes and administrative tasks

Requirements:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication)
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Computer operation skills for administrative tasks
- Excellent time management skills to effectively plan lessons and manage classroom activities
- Ability to write reports, assessments, and other educational documents
- Passion for educating young children and fostering their development

Please note that all positions at our organization are paid, including internships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
