Summary

As an Early Childhood Educator at Four Seasons Childcare, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of young children. This position is essential in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment that promotes growth and development.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for all children. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Assess and document children's progress and development regularly. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the learning experience. Support children with special needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

Requirements

A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage time effectively in a busy classroom setting. Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is an asset. Bilingual abilities are considered an advantage.
