We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, promoting social and emotional development, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity, creativity, and learning.
Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience for students.
Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
Support children with special needs or disabilities, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
Organize classroom activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and conducive to learning.
Experience
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and registered with the College of ECE
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
Demonstrated leadership abilities along with excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities are essential for managing classroom activities effectively.
