Job Description

We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching young children and creating a safe, nurturing environment for them to learn and grow in.

Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Create a safe and welcoming environment for children
- Observe and assess children's development and progress
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress and needs
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and other important information
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Knowledge of all policies pertaining to childcare
- Knowledge of CCEYA.
- Knowledge of AQI
- Work as a team member
- Maintain confidentiality Candidate will receive a full job description upon hiring..

Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalate
- Member in good standing with the College of ECE
- Experience working with young children in a classroom setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
- Passion for teaching young children and helping them learn and grow
