As a

Registered Dietitian

you will provide expert nutritional advice and support tailored to individual and group needs. Your role will involve assessing dietary needs, developing tailored nutrition plans, and offering education to clients and their families. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance the overall well-being of individuals and development of clients.

We are specialists--not generalists--with expertise in Neurodevelopmental Conditions across the lifespan, including Autism, ADHD and diagnoses that typically coexist with them like Tourette Syndrome, Anxiety Disorders, and Learning Disabilities. The position is right for you if...



You have experience providing dietitian services for children and adults with ADHD, autism and other neurodiverse conditions. You are skilled at tracking progress, adjusting strategies based on data, and are caring and supportive in your approach. You enjoy training families and work well with others, valuing collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities



Provide and develop personalized dietitian services, including evidence-based assessment and treatment, to neurodiverse client across the lifespan; Complete reports, as needed, participate in clinic rounds and collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team in providing patient-focused care; Communicate effectively with patients and families; Facilitate Workshop and Therapy Groups, on evenings and/or weekdays, as required; Offer services within a hybrid model, with a combination of in-person and virtual work; The allocation of time will be adjusted as to patient and clinic needs; Delivers care based on established policies and procedures and maintains ethical boundaries at all times; Documents clinical assessment process on client charts and complete all documentation within 24 hours; Demonstrates accountability for own dietitian practice by adhering to established professional practice standards; Comply with Infection Control and Health and Safety policies and procedures; Other duties as mutually agreed upon.

Registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario required
Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
