As a recognition of our commitment to quality and patient safety, we have received the highest distinction of Exemplary Standing from Accreditation Canada.Job SummaryThe Registered Dietitian works as a member of the Health Care Team to provide customer focused nutritional care which may include nutritional assessments, counselling and recommendations for diet modification, nutrition support, medications labs and IV\'s.Skills & AbilitiesMinimum of two years clinical nutrition experience in an acute care hospital preferred

  • Experience in critical care areas and ICU
  • Demonstrates collaborative working relationships with interdisciplinary team members in both an ambulatory and in-patient environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and team, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Supports and enables evidence-based practice in the professional milieu.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Word
  • Demonstrates excellence in communication, both written and verbal
  • Analysis / problem assessment
  • Innovative and willing to learn

  • Demonstrates individual leadership skills
