JM Nutrition is a nutritional counselling and consulting service offering personalized support to its clients, primarily in Ontario.We are looking for a Registered Dietitian (nutritional counselling for eating disorder and disordered eating) to join the team. This position is for Registered Dietitians only.Minimum 1 year of experience with providing eating disorder and disordered eating support.Previous applicants are encouraged to re-apply.Contract work: 12 months, with a possibility for extension by mutual consent. Virtual work. Preference may be given to those can provide on-site counselling from one of our 7 office locations.Perfect for a motivated dietitian looking to practise privately with growth potential. $35-43/hour to start, depending on experience.Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition
• Member in good standing of the College of Dietitians of Ontario (or willingness to register at your own cost)
• Proficiency in English (bilingualism an asset)
• Strong background and experience in nutritional counselling as it pertains to disordered eating
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
• Impeccable organizational and time management skills
• Flexible and able to adapt/prioritize in a constantly changing environment
• Candidate should be articulate, professional, approachable, empathetic, detail-oriented, highly capable problem-solver
• Candidate should have the ability to work independently
• Able to work virtually (preference may be given to those can provide on-site counselling from one of our 7 office locations)
• Prompt and proactive communication
• Familiarity with video-conferencing platforms

Duties:

• Provides patient/client care in accordance with all professional and organizational standards
• Provide evidence-based, high-quality, specialized nutritional care unique to each individual to help reach specific, individualized goals
• Create personalized and detailed guidelines and plans that are error-free
• Work with clients from all genders, ages and walks of life
• Implement nutritional guidelines in accordance with company's internal policy
• Stay up-to-date with the latest nutritional science research and best practices related to nutrition
