We are looking for a FULL-TIME Registered Dental Hygienist to fill all of Mon/ Tues/ Thurs/ Fri/ Sat. Half-day and full-day shifts are available.

Responsibilities



Conduct patient screening and oral health assessments, including taking vital signs and documenting patient medical and health history Sterilize dental instruments properly Perform preventative dental procedures such as teeth cleaning, scaling, gum stimulation and fluoride and sealant applications Provide oral care instructions such as oral hygiene procedures, strategies to maintain and improve oral health and on the impact of nutrition on oral health Consult with dentists on patient care Take X-rays or dental impressions Maintain and audit documentation and charts on each patient

Requirements



A minimum of 3-5 years experience as Dental Hygienist In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in this profession (e.g. HIPAA) Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced work environment Outstanding communication skills A patient and friendly personality Organized and attention to detail Cleardent experience an asset Valid CPR Certificate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Additional pay:
