Registered Dental Hygienist - Full-Time

East Kildonan Dental Group is looking for an experienced and dependable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our friendly, patient-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a supportive practice where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional care every day.

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented RDH who brings great energy and professionalism to the clinic. You'll work collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive hygiene care, build lasting patient relationships, and support overall treatment success.

Our ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of clinical experience and demonstrates a strong work ethic, great attitude, and commitment to quality patient care.

Hours & Schedule

Monday:

8 AM - 5 PM

Tuesday:

2 PM - 7 PM

Wednesday:

2 PM - 7 PM

Thursday:

8 AM - 5 PM

Two Fridays & Two Saturdays per month:

8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Total:

Full-time schedule (approx. 32-36 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care including assessments, scaling, root planing, and polishing Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient outcomes Uphold sterilization and infection-control protocols Foster a welcoming and positive environment for every patient
