Hours:
We are currently looking for a Dental Hygienist to join us
2 days a week (Mondays & Fridays)
. With our office expanding in the new year, this role will grow into a
full-time position (4-5 days/week)

In this position, you must regularly demonstrate success with:
? Patient Health Advocate -
As a Dental Hygienist, you'll serve as a trusted advocate for your patients' oral and overall health. You'll guide them through every stage of their care - from preventive screenings and periodontal assessments to treatment, education, and ongoing maintenance. You'll be a reliable resource, ensuring patients have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their oral health. Beyond treatment, you'll support patients by listening to their concerns, tailoring home-care strategies, and suggesting alternatives that fit their personal needs and lifestyles.
? Flexibility - willingness to support teammates in the collective effort to accomplish the mission, vision, and values of the practice. To "jump in" to help as needed. Adapt to new technologies, systems and patient care solutions.
? Effective Communication - align communication efforts with the goals of the mission, vision, and values of the practice. Make every effort to ensure patients feel welcome and comfortable in the practice. The cornerstone of outstanding patient experience.
? Patient Relations -organise and manage task-oriented workload across multiple patients and team; meet personal commitments and follow-up on patient expectations of others; collaborate with team members to use systematic methods for reporting and communications; and identify suspected risk with a patient and strategies to mitigate that risk early.
? Self-Motivation and Development - maintain a desire to learn new things, try better approaches, and share outcomes with team members who can benefit from your learning.
? Use of Technology - use basic technology and tools to reduce manual efforts for you and others; improve the quality of work product; master the tools the office uses to improve patient health.
