About Us:

Maple Dental is a friendly, family run dental practice in the heart of downtown Smiths Falls. We have been serving the Smiths Falls community for over 40 years. At our clinic, we offer comprehensive services from all fields of dentistry. We strive to offer dental treatment options to accommodate the needs and desires of patients from a wide demographic. Plenty of on-street parking is available.

Job requirements include:

Prepare the operatory for each patient according to the procedure being performed Provide oral health instructions and/or dietary counselling relative to dentistry Provide patients with required treatment including (but not limited to) exams, x-rays, scaling, polishing, sealants and impressions Clean, maintain and disinfect operatory and instruments between patients Maintain CPR with AED certification Follow CDHO Standards of Practice and office policies and procedures, as they apply to each client Keep up to date with mandated Health and Safety Regulations and Protocols All other duties as requested
Hours of operation are 8 am - 5 pm Monday to Fridays. No evening or weekends required.

Continuing education and uniform allowance stipend are provided yearly. Salary will be determined based on experience. Benefits are provided for full time, permanent staff.

Maple Dental is a busy, 10 operatory practice located in downtown Smiths Falls. We have 6 hygiene operatories and 4 dental operatories. We offer a competitive hourly wage based on experience, a yearly uniform and CE allowance, and a year-end bonus. Full time, permanent staff are also eligible for benefits. We have a dedicated medical device reprocessor to run our sterilization center and we have an evening student who performs day-end housekeeping for each operatory. We have a large staffroom with a coffee machine, fridge, microwave, and stove. Hours are weekdays only; no evenings or weekends! We pride ourselves on taking a no-pressure approach with our patients; you will not be expected to meet production targets, etc.

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
