Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental office. The ideal candidate will provide quality oral care and promote patients' oral health.
Responsibilities
- Conduct dental cleanings and assist dentists during procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Perform oral cancer screenings
- Maintain patient records accurately
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Provide preventive dental care for patients
Requirements
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous experience in dental assisting or a dental office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with Cleardent software is a plus
Schedule
This position is for Thursdays for now.
8-hour shift per day with 1 full hour for lunch
