Serenity Dental

is looking for a permanent part-time Hygienist! We are a fun, and laid back office just 10-15 minutes from South Edmonton. We pride ourselves on patient comfort and quality dentistry. ( No rushed appointments )

We are looking for someone to work

Wednesdays from 11:00am to 7:00pm, Thursdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm and two Saturday's a month from 8:30am to 3:00pm.

Possibility for more hours in the future.

Duties:

-Perform dental hygiene procedures such as teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing
-Take dental x-rays and digital scans.
- Conduct oral cancer screenings
- Apply fluoride treatments and sealants
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records using Cleardent ( training will be provided ).
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile dental environment

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments

Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
