Dental Hygienist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist with

at least 3 years of clinical experience

, including strong proficiency in

periodontal therapy and maintenance

. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and passionate about patient education and preventive care.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental hygiene care, including scaling and root planing, periodontal charting, and maintenance therapy Assess and document patients' oral health conditions Develop and implement individualized preventive care plans Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and treatment options Collaborate closely with dentists and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols (IPAC)

Qualifications:

Current Ontario licensure as a Dental Hygienist (RDH) Minimum

3 years of clinical experience

(periodontal therapy experience required) Laser certified Experience using the Itero scan Excellent communication and patient care skills Strong attention to detail and time management Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $51.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
