Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during each visit. This role requires a strong understanding of dental hygiene practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. Utilize tracker software for patient management and record keeping. Provide care for pediatric patients with a gentle and friendly approach. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety protocols. Collaborate with dentists and other staff members to deliver comprehensive patient care. Handle customer service inquiries professionally, ensuring a positive patient experience. Stay updated on medical terminology relevant to dental practices.

Qualifications

Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice. Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred. Familiarity with Tracker software is highly desirable. Experience or knowledge in orthodontics and pediatrics is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients of all ages. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $55.00-$70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
